Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before the product(s) has been shipped by contacting our customer support at +91-9034610873. For Prepaid Order Applicable refund against the cancelled order will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 working days after deducting a processing fee of Rs 50 towards online processing fee.

Returns and Refund Policy

You can place a return request by contacting our customer support at +91-9034610873 within 3 Days of order delivered for any quality issues. Return requests placed after 3 days of order delivered are non-refundable and non- exchangeable. Once your return is received and quality inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will process the request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case an item is given as free of cost or as a gift in the order, you must also return the gift item along with main product.

In case you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer you a replacement with a new product with no additional charges. We will pick up and replace the product free of cost. If the product gets damaged after use, we will not be able to accept a return or offer a refund. 

Some PIN CODES are also not feasible for a reverse pickup, in which case we will need to ask you to ship it back to us. We do not offer reverse pickups outside India.

If you choose to get a refund, a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applicable on all orders. Balance amount will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Customized items designed specifically for you are non-returnable unless there is transit damage or other defects.
